I agree that plays are very hard to read on your own. I haven't read mine for the Challenge yet, but hope it works out ok!Sarah Reads Too Muchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06130692983823811455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027982062971332677.post-80090404350871147872012-01-19T21:42:05.634-08:002012-01-19T21:42:05.634-08:00I haven't read all that many plays either. I do enjoy reading Oscar Wilde's plays, I've read Earnest a few times, as well as having seen it a few times. I think the humour helps the play reading experience. I haven't seen or read this one (yet).Louisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13187730620736345378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027982062971332677.post-19519669140534590282012-01-19T09:51:25.565-08:002012-01-19T09:51:25.565-08:00I read this one in high school English (maybe juni...I read this one in high school English (maybe junior year) and it's one of those plays from school that has stuck with me. I wonder if I ever had to write anything on it? I can't remember, but it would be interesting to read now. I'll have to check my files. It's depressing but I guess it resonated with me if I still remember it. You're right though. Plays are definitely made to be watched.Amber at The Musings of ALMYBNENRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16963815851597145235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027982062971332677.post-70948913029155714682012-01-19T06:41:56.635-08:002012-01-19T06:41:56.635-08:00I need to reread this one. A friend just gave me a copy, so I'll be revisiting. :)*ೃ༄ Jillianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14139487177036647728noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3027982062971332677.post-24599455819987033742012-01-19T06:33:02.371-08:002012-01-19T06:33:02.371-08:00I saw a very good production of this play. He did a great job, but I must admit at times I had trouble focusing .... it just got a bit long for me. I've never read it, but I don't really think I want to at this point.Annette Millshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13850197520930988077noreply@blogger.com
